The symposium increased understanding of Cerebral palsy with its concomitant disabilities and offered practitioners tools for working with individuals and families based on the child's potential for optimum functional abilities.

Keynote Speaker Dr. Janice Brunstrom-Hernandez is a Pediatric Neurologist and founder and director of the Pediatric Neurology Cerebral Palsy Center at Washington University School of Medicine and St. Louis Children's Hospital.
