La Rabida Children’s Hospital has enabled children to reach their highest potential since 1896. It made history as it conquered threats common to the time: “diarrheal disease,” and rheumatic fever. Today, this unique facility is dedicated to caring for children with lifelong medical conditions.
A specialty hospital like no other in Chicago, La Rabida serves children with chronic illness, developmental disabilities, and those who have experienced abuse and trauma.
